Winter/Spring 2017

Worked with multi-facility client to develop employment arbitration program; assisted clients with ADA reasonable accommodation analysis; presented staff training regarding health care decisionmaking for SNF staff at multi-campus CCRC provider and at acute/SNF provider.

Winter 2016

Recovered $35,000 in bad debt from debtor's successor-in-interest; presented program for California Association of Health Facilities on Ethical Decisions and Moral Distress; conducted two workplace investigations that resulted in employees declining to file suit after findings favorable to the employer.

Fall 2016

Received Chief Executive Officer's award from the Beverly Hills Bar Association; obtained reversal of Medi-Cal audit in favor of client for $50,000; presented Continuing Medical Education program on California's End of Life Option Act to long term care physicians; presented program on Bad Debts and Other People's Money at California Association of Health Facilities summer conference; received CAHF Distinguished Service Award.

Attorney Khachatourians recently worked with Attorney Anthony Brooklier to successfully defend their clients against multiple charges of fraud. After six days of trial, the defendants were found Not Guilty on all counts.
